Discovering this hidden gem may be a challenge, but once you arrive, you'll be rewarded with stunning natural beauty. Be sure to pack everything you need as there are no amenities on this secluded beach. The journey to the shoreline is a breathtaking experience in itself, with a path that showcases the area's picturesque surroundings.
The beach offers of rough and gritty granite sand that is not everyone's cup of tea. It may appeal to those who have a liking for stones and pebbles, but for others, it may not be a pleasant experience. Despite being in September, the beach seems to be deserted, which may be good news for some but not for those who crave the hustle and bustle of a lively beach.
The beach offers breathtaking vistas and an abundance of rock pools to explore. However, the ingress into the water is restricted to a narrow, crystal-clear opening amidst the fine pebbles.
This beach is absolutely breathtaking. It can be accessed by foot from a small parking lot through a path that winds between fragrant mastic bushes, olive trees, and cork oaks. The beach may be small, but it boasts coarse-grained pink-gray sand that is refined by the water's edge. The beach is nestled between two colossal granite cliffs, with boulders that reach heights of several meters. These boulders are perfect for exploration, and children love to climb them (parental supervision is necessary). Some areas of the beach offer a lunar atmosphere, providing a great opportunity for stunning photos. We visited at sunset and were mesmerized by the view. Although the sea was cold and rough, we saw several people with masks and snorkels, indicating that the underwater scenery is just as remarkable as the surface view. Needless to say, the sunset was fabulous. This beach is definitely worth a visit.
This beach stands out as the most exceptional in the vicinity. It may pose a challenge to reach by car, but the 10-minute stroll to the serene cove is well worth the effort. While it may not be bustling with visitors, it is a popular spot for those seeking tranquility. The water is truly breathtaking, though caution must be taken when navigating the rocky terrain.
