Fontanamare beach

Fontanamare beach is located on the Mediterranean Sea and it is in the 18th place out of 134 beaches in the Sud Sardegna region 15.8 km away from its center, the city of Carbonia. It is one of the beaches of Nebida settlement, just 2.6 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is partially crowded during the high season. Please note that the area nearby is possible for wild camping.

There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis. This area has also a water park in the sea with various inflatable toys which constitute excellent activities for parents and children.
