Lu Impostu Beach is located on the Tyrrhenian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 6th place out of 402 beaches in the Sassari region 95.5 km away from its center, the city of Sassari. It is one of the most beautiful beaches of Paradise Resort Punta di l'Aldia settlement, just 0.9 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area with very picturesque views.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, families with children, seniors etc. It is very crowded place during the season.

Despite the fact that a significant part of the beach is occupied by resorts, there is still a fairly large area with free access. The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis. Daily boat rental service is located nearby. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities, snorkeling, sea kayaking.

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Large parking spot is located directly on the beach.

We visited the area for several years and have been daily on many beaches there, from Pittulongu to beyond San Teodoro….when we discovered Lu Impostu the search for the best beach was over! It is truly the most beautiful of them all, and that is some achievement as they are all quite gorgeous. Still, Lu Impostu is divine. It has parking near the main ent4ance to it and a nice restaurant there Ristorante Lu Impostu"

The beach is absolutely breathtaking! Our eagerness to revisit it led us on a two-hour drive, only to be informed that we needed a reservation to gain entry. The attendant's tone was quite sardonic as he pointed out the sign at the entrance, which we had somehow missed.

The beach received a rating of 3.5, as it was found to be pleasant but overcrowded. However, the initial part of the beach had an unacceptably dirty sand, which was disappointing considering the 2€ entrance fee. The management claimed that the fee was for the protection of the area, but they should have been maintaining it as well, given the high revenue they generate (almost 5k per day from entrance fees alone). The sand was not of the best quality, lacking whiteness and having a rough texture. To save on parking costs, we followed a suggestion from a comment and headed towards Lu Impostu Sun, where we found parking for only 1€ per hour. Alternatively, we managed to park for free on the road, as long as we parked within the white lines. Overall, our experience was enjoyable, but we acknowledge that there are better options available in the area.

This beach is a true gem of the area, rivaling even the renowned 'la Cinta' in San Teodoro. The crystal clear, light blue water is impeccably clean and inviting. During the summer months, it can get quite crowded, but it's definitely worth a visit. To beat the crowds, it's best to arrive early in the morning. Just be sure to pay for parking, as the friendly local police won't hesitate to fine you with a smile on their face. Keep in mind that there are no showers available, so bring your own water. Additionally, there are only two beach resorts in the vicinity.
