It is one of the beaches of San Giovanni a Piro settlement, just 3.1 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains.

It is a straight coastline with crystal blue water and gray pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. The beach is made up of pebbles and boasts pristine, transparent water. It's among the most spacious beaches that can be reached by boat from Scario harbor. You can set up an umbrella for shade, and by around 3 pm, the mountain provides natural shade.
