The beach at Lido has a retro vibe, reminiscent of the 1970s. It's customary in the southern region to serve coffee with a glass of water, but now you have to pay for it. Additionally, the sand on the beach is brown in color.
The beach is sandy and is impeccably maintained, with clean facilities such as bathrooms and a restaurant. The lido is quite spacious and peaceful, making it an excellent spot for relaxation.
Located in Battipaglia's coastal area, this place can be reached by taking the Aversana coastal road and exiting at the purifier. After turning left, you will find signs indicating the location after 200/300 meters. With three swimming pools, one designated for children, this place offers a tranquil atmosphere. The parking fee is €10 for a full day and €5 after 13/14. The establishment closes at 18/18.30. You can either buy food on-site or bring your own and eat in a designated area. The only downside is that the structure is a bit outdated and could use some refurbishing. Nonetheless, it is still worth visiting. Additionally, there is also a seaside Lido with umbrellas and gazebos, although the restaurant's dishes are not particularly noteworthy.
Today, unfortunately, the ocean was not accessible. However, the beach has beautiful brown sand and luckily the lido has three stunning swimming pools. The children had a blast.
The beach is equipped with a spacious and well-maintained facility that offers access to both swimming pools and the beach. It caters primarily to families with children.
