Spiaggia di Meta is located on the Tyrrhenian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 16th place out of 118 beaches in the Napoli region 24.9 km away from its center, the city of Naples. It is one of the beaches of Montechiaro settlement, just 1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a small several bays coastline with blue water and brown sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, families with children, seniors etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

The beach is truly delightful, however, the cost for renting umbrellas and sunbeds seems to be exorbitant.

Experience the true essence of Mediterranean beach culture at the best beach near Sorento that offers open access. This beach boasts of an old-world charm and sophistication that dates back a century. You will find only local tourists here who add to the authentic leisure vibe of the place. However, reaching this beach is an adventure in itself, as the drive from Sorento can be quite tricky. The narrow streets, which are supposed to be two-way, barely accommodate a single car. You need to be prepared to back up all the way if you encounter another vehicle on the way. To add to the chaos, motorcycles are a common sight on these roads. But don't worry, there is no road rage, honking, yelling or gesticulating here. Just drive carefully and enjoy the organized chaos while soaking in the beauty of this magnificent beach.

The beach is reasonably priced and worth visiting. I paid 14.4 euros for a deck chair and sun umbrella on Friday. Additionally, it's worth noting that the sand on the beach is brown.

Ever since I was a wee little one, I've been frequenting this sandy haven and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The staff here treat us like kin, providing top-notch service and ensuring the beach is always spick-and-span. The accommodations are nothing to scoff at either, and they've only gotten better with time. This place holds some of my fondest memories from childhood, and I can only hope that my offspring will feel the same way. It's safe to say that this beach is a true gem that only gets better with age.

The tickets for two people are reasonably priced at 22.40 euros. The restaurant at the beach serves delicious food at an average price, making it a great place to refuel after a long day in the sun. Overall, I highly recommend this beach as the ultimate destination for a relaxing day out.
