This beach is a hidden gem, but it's important to come prepared with good shoes and mosquito spray. It's also best to avoid going during a storm. Overall, have fun!

4 Frustrating

I was thrilled to visit this beach and took a long walk to reach it. It's worth mentioning that the beach has free public entry, which is a great bonus.

The journey to the beach proved to be a challenging one, as we encountered numerous obstacles along the way. Despite making it halfway, we were forced to turn back upon reaching the ladders due to the presence of snakes and overgrown paths. However, for those who are determined to make the trek, there are a few tips to keep in mind. To begin, the long stairs leading to the beach can be found by entering the backyard of a nearby hotel. Once you come across the stairs splitting in two directions, be sure to choose the left path. As you make your way down the hill, you will encounter ropes tied to trees to assist you. It is important to note that this path is lengthy and requires ample strength and hydration. Additionally, it is crucial to check the weather forecast beforehand as the terrain can be slippery. As you approach the ladders, know that the beach is within reach. However, exercise caution and be mindful of the high sea level. Although we were unable to descend the ladders due to exhaustion, the journey itself was enjoyable and allowed for an appreciation of nature. Overall, while I may not recommend the journey to the beach, those who are up for a challenge may find it rewarding.

I had a hard time locating the steps to the beach. Initially, I searched for them at Six Senses and explored two areas of their property, but unfortunately, I couldn't find them. Eventually, a worker informed me that the steps were located at The Edge. After walking all the way over there, I was disappointed to learn that access to the beach below was restricted to local fishermen only.

10 Exceptional

This beach is truly secluded and not easily accessible, which results in only a small number of visitors.
