Calm, measured rest and the sound of waves are perhaps the most common associations that arise with the word "beach". This is not surprising, as relaxation is exactly what many beach travelers are looking for. If you associate your vacation primarily with such activity, choose one of the 160 beaches in the region.
To make your choice easier, we have prepared a list of the best beaches for relaxation in Bali.
As for the main features of the beaches of Bali, they are as follows:
The vast majority of Bali beaches have the necessary amenities, such as sun loungers, umbrellas, beach cafes, showers and toilets.
This beach offers an idyllic setting to bask in the sunset and indulge in the delectable local seafood. If you're part of a big group, I suggest heading to the market to purchase some freshly caught seafood and then taking it to one of the seafood huts to cook it up for a fraction of the cost. It's an experience like no other!
This beach is incredibly clean - I'd say it's the cleanest beach in Bali. The waves are big, and there's plenty of parking available. Cons: Unfortunately, there are no shower or toilet facilities on the beach. We had to use the shower room at Cafe Pandan. Location: This beach is conveniently located - only a short distance from Yellow Bridge. Worth a visit: Absolutely! I'd give it a 5/5 rating. Access: Getting to the beach is easy, so I'd rate it 5/5. Tips: In my opinion, this is the ultimate dream beach. It's spotless, unlike many other beaches in Bali, and the waves are massive - only the bravest swimmers should attempt them. I personally don't have the guts to try! This is definitely a must-see spot in Nusa Lembongan, alongside Devil Tears. Trust my reviews - they're always honest and unbiased.
The beach is absolutely stunning and I highly recommend visiting around 5PM when the weather is slightly overcast. It's a joy to watch the many dogs frolicking about, whether they are street dogs or playing with their owners. The beaches are interconnected, so you can take a leisurely stroll and discover several beaches while waiting for the sunset. It's truly a wonderful experience!
This beach is a great spot to spend time with family and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from our beloved hotel, The Haven Berawa.
Please note that lifeguards supervise 15 beaches in the region, but you should rely on more than just them, remember the elementary rules, as lifeguards are not on duty around the clock, even on equipped beaches!
Finding hotels in relative proximity to the beaches is usually fine. Many beaches have enough nearby accommodation, which gives good opportunities to choose the right place to stay.
