Crab Beach is located on the Bay of Bengal (part of Indian ocean) and it is in the 64th place out of 115 beaches in the Andhra Pradesh region 9.8 km away from its center, the city of Machilipatnam. It is one of the beaches of Manginapudi settlement, just 2.5 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Crab Beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

Tranquil and secluded beach getaway. I spent a good 4 hours here and not a soul in sight! I witnessed countless crabs emerging to create sandballs. A delightful sight for nature lovers like me.

Tranquil, the beauty of the natural world, moderately low tides, abundant crab community {without causing harm}. However, due to ferrous (iron) particles, the water and sand display a dark hue. Not overly populated. A delightful and inviting destination.

This lovely sandy beach offers a decent water quality, although it may not be crystal clear even during quieter times. The beach is abundant with seashells and you might even spot some jellyfish. The road leading to the beach stops 2km away, leaving you with the option to either walk or drive on a rough, unpaved path. Be cautious of the deep potholes, especially during the rainy season. Situated in a rural area, this beach is free from crowds or with very few visitors. In conclusion, it's a great spot for a day excursion.

We can spot numerous crabs in the early morning hours before sunrise. In my opinion, it is essential to visit this location at dawn to witness the breathtaking golden and saffron hues of the sun on the layers of the seashore. The benefits of visiting this spot include the fact that very few people frequent this viewpoint, ensuring that the beach remains clean. Additionally, the proximity of a police training center adds a layer of safety to the visit. This location is ideal for families who are nature-conscious. Moreover, the road leading to the beach serves as a great trekking track for approximately 1 kilometer. However, there are some drawbacks to consider. The road track is not suitable for cars or motorcycles, requiring visitors to walk approximately 1 kilometer. Furthermore, due to the open nature of the space, there are no private areas for romantic encounters with a partner, making it less than ideal for such activities. Lastly, the beach lacks essential facilities such as toilets, changing rooms, restaurants, clock rooms, and shops.
