-Scenic ocean vista and ideal spot for a relaxing half-day excursion. -The convergence of three rivers adds a fascinating historical element to this beach. -However, bringing along food, snacks, and water can be a bit challenging. -Unfortunately, there are no water or beach rides offered at this location.
Awful roads leading to the beach. I couldn't distinguish between the colors of the river and the ocean. Overall, it was a unique experience at this seaside destination. Exercise caution when visiting with children.
This is my inaugural trip to a seaside destination, and I am absolutely enamored with the ambiance. The beach itself is pristine and well-maintained. However, the route leading to the beach is quite dreadful 😔 it is, without a doubt, the most unpleasant road I have ever traversed. Keep in mind that the beach closes promptly at 5PM, so be sure to plan your visit accordingly.
For those looking to catch the sunrise and sunset at this beach, unfortunately, it is not possible as the beach operates with specific hours from 9am to 5pm (admission is free). Despite this limitation, the view is quite impressive, giving off a sense of exclusivity akin to a private beach. During our visit, we found ourselves to be the sole individuals present, with only a handful of snack vendors in sight. The water, however, appeared slightly murky.
This destination is ideal for a family getaway, as there is no fishy odor at this beach. It is the spot where the river Krishna meets the Bay of Bengal, giving the sand a unique black hue due to the water mixing here. We had a wonderful time with our family, although the waves can be quite strong, so caution is advised when visiting with children. Please note that there are limited facilities for changing clothes for women, so it is recommended to make arrangements in advance. Additionally, be prepared to walk approximately 800 meters to another building for changing facilities.
