Although the water is crystal clear, there is a noticeable amount of seaweed floating around. The beach is comprised of rocks and pebbles, and it tends to get quite crowded on weekends, making it difficult to find a parking spot.
Located adjacent to Stanley main beach, this beach offers a BBQ area and rocky shores. Additionally, amenities such as restrooms, showers, and a drinking fountain are available.
Located just around the corner from Stanley Main Beach, there's a small cove that offers public toilets and a BBQ area. However, the BBQ area seems to have been damaged during the recent T10 typhoon and hasn't been fixed yet. It's important to note that this beach is not patrolled by life savers. Nonetheless, it's a great place for kids to explore rock pools and witness the impact of rubbish on the Hong Kong shoreline.
I paddled out to a remote section of Stanley Beach and found it to be pretty decent.
