It is one of the beaches of Karavomylos settlement, just 2.5 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and light fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is quite sharp. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

On a sweltering day with temperatures soaring to 35°C, we stumbled upon a hidden gem of a beach that was simply perfect. The lush greenery provided ample shade, while the inviting waters of the small beach were ideal for a refreshing swim. However, the depth of the water may not be suitable for young children. Sun loungers were available for a reasonable fee of €5, and the parking facilities were decent. The only downside was the charge of €0.50 to use the shower. To top it off, there was a charming tavern on-site, perfect for a midday meal. A mere five-minute drive away lay the stunning Melissani Lake, making this beach a must-visit destination.
