The hotel is fantastic, with a wonderful staff who are friendly and always ready to assist. The restaurant serves delicious food, especially the breakfast. The hotel's location is perfect, situated right on the strip and near the beach, where you can find comfortable loungers. Additionally, the rooftop pool is a great spot to unwind and soak up the sun.
The hotel was very accommodating as we needed to switch rooms. It was conveniently located near all the amenities, and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it.
The balcony's air conditioning is quite noisy, making it uncomfortable to stay there as it blows hot air directly at you. The food is excellent, earning a solid four-star rating. However, it's worth noting that the drinks served during dinner are not complimentary and come with a steep price tag.
I would give this beach a two-star rating, which is quite generous. I booked my trip through TUI and traveled from the UK. Now, let's talk about some additional details: - Unfortunately, drinks are not included with the half board and you have to pay for them during dinner. It's quite pricey, like €5 for a 1-liter bottle of sparkling water. My only issue is that they don't even offer free water. - If you want to rent beach chairs, be prepared to pay €15 for the day. And yes, that's for the section of the beach owned by the hotel that you've already paid for. Now, let's discuss the service: - The cleaning staff has an interesting approach. They won't change your sheets unless you tip them. I even went the extra mile and removed all the bedding for them, neatly folded it, but when I returned to the room, the dirty bedding was back on! - Despite this, the lobby staff is generally friendly. Moving on to the location: Considering the price, you can't argue with the fact that it's right next to the sea. However, the surrounding area has a very Benidorm-esque vibe, with numerous tacky tourist traps like gift shops, bars, and questionable restaurants. And the clientele matches this atmosphere. Now, let's discuss the pool: - The pool is very small and located on the rooftop. There always seems to be a layer of "grease" on the water, and I'm unsure about its cleanliness. Finally, let's talk about the food: - The food was actually quite good! They offered a wide variety of tasty dishes every day. The wait staff were extremely friendly and attentive. It was evident that they were running a well-organized operation, and this was the best part of my stay. If you're reading this before booking, my advice would be to reconsider. Spend an extra £300 per person and truly enjoy yourself.
The beach is conveniently located right on the seashore. The staff is friendly and the rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day, ensuring cleanliness. The food offered is a delightful experience, with a wide variety that caters to everyone's preferences. Staying at this place was truly enjoyable.
