Papafragas beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 61th place out of 1022 beaches in the South Aegean region 86 km away from its center, the city of Ermoupoli. It is one of the beaches of Pachaina settlement, just 0.4 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a tiny bay with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Papafragas beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

To get to the beach, you need to drive along a dirt road about 2km long. Parking is located directly on the beach.

The beach in Milos exceeded all of my expectations and is an absolute must-visit for anyone in the area. With a spacious parking lot and a variety of stunning ocean and cave views from the top, this destination is truly breathtaking. However, it's important to exercise caution when walking along the edge or cliff. While most of the paths are secure, it's always wise to wear appropriate footwear and be mindful of your surroundings.

Looking for a beach experience that's a bit more meh? Look no further than this so-called special beach. It's a great spot to pop in for a quick dip and then promptly flee the scene. If you're lucky enough to get there early, you might even have the place to yourself (which is honestly the only way to enjoy it). Oh, and don't forget to bring your trusty shoes if you're planning to venture down to the shore. And whatever you do, resist the urge to leap off the rocks - the water's not exactly deep enough to make a splash.
