Three years ago, we embarked on a boat journey to an extraordinary beach. The experience was beyond our wildest dreams. This year, however, we were disappointed to find the beach in a state of disarray. The presence of a construction site had left the area dusty and uninviting. It was disheartening to see such a beautiful island tarnished in this way. Whoever allowed this to happen should be held accountable.
Regrettably, we were unable to locate the beach despite diligently following the guidance provided by GMaps. It is essential to exercise caution as numerous paths lead to private properties, culminating in dead ends.
I am grateful to the French family who kindly gave me a ride to the beach. It was a delightful experience to feel the sand between my toes and the warm sun on my skin. The sound of the waves was soothing, and the salty breeze was refreshing. I enjoyed strolling along the shore, collecting seashells, and watching the seagulls fly by. The beach was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have visited it.
The beach is a stunning, secluded pebble beach that lacks organization. There is natural shade located behind the beach, making it a great spot for camping; however, there is no shade available on the beach itself. The bay is closed, so there are no waves to catch. It's worth noting that nudists frequent the area. Access to the beach can be achieved either by vehicle via a dirt road (we saw jeeps and ducks do it), or by walking for around 30 minutes on a path that starts from the edge of Poisses beach. The path is not particularly difficult, so you can bring a few things with you. It's essential to always carry water. There are a few signs on the beach, including one that requests visitors to leave the beach as they found it.
The tranquil and serene ambiance of the beach is easily accessible by foot, however, there are some littering issues that need to be addressed.
