Kallitheas is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 455th place out of 1022 beaches in the South Aegean region 315.7 km away from its center, the city of Ermoupoli. It is one of the beaches of Koskinou settlement, just 2 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area with very picturesque views.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and light sand & pebble cover, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The entrance to the water is quite sharp. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

During the wedding, the service did not meet our expectations. We had requested the organization to arrange food and seating for children well in advance, but unfortunately, this was not taken care of. No apologies were offered, nor did they make any effort to make amends and satisfy their customers. It appears that they are not concerned about dissatisfied customers due to their dominant position in this location.

I hadn't intended to dine at this place, but the fish was absolutely fantastic and reasonably priced! The fact that locals frequent this establishment is a promising indicator, and I highly recommend it for its fresh seafood, including shellfish.

The restaurant lacks professionalism as we had to constantly seek out the staff, who showed little interest in serving us. Right from the start, we experienced a delay in placing our order as they seemed reluctant to take it. Our wait for drinks and food was excessively long, and despite multiple reminders, they took an entire hour to bring the wine we had requested. Furthermore, they completely forgot one of our main dishes, and when we informed them that we no longer wanted it, they showed no remorse. Even when it came time to settle the bill, we had to approach them as they did not come to us. Despite the restaurant not being crowded, everything moved at an excruciatingly slow pace. I highly recommend trying the neighboring restaurant instead, as it provides a much better experience.

We chose to dine at this place with a group of six, which included two children. The staff appeared to have no interest in attending to us whatsoever. We had to wait for every little thing, from receiving our menus to getting our food and ultimately getting our bill so we could depart. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, and there were four or five servers on duty, yet everything was carried out at a sluggish pace and without any semblance of organization.
