Spilia beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 115th place out of 348 beaches in the Thessaly region 117.6 km away from its center, the city of Larissa. It is one of the beaches of Atheato settlement, just 2.1 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Spilia beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities, sea kayaking.

Getting to the beach is quite simple: just take a short walk along the trail. Parking is located at some distance, within 300 meters.

This place is amazing! It's easily accessible and there's no need to worry about parking because there's a small church nearby. The path to the beach might be a bit steep, but it's only a 15-20 minute walk. Plus, there are two beautiful caves that provide some nice shade.
