Perfect
The beach is a serene and tranquil destination, boasting only a single beach bar. Despite the windy conditions on the day we visited, the experience was nothing short of delightful. The warm waters of Lemnos are a haven for those who appreciate the beauty of nature.
The island's most exquisite and sun-kissed shoreline.
Nice beach to spend your day with an ample supply of sand and a vast coastline. However, the only drawback is the four-kilometer dirt road leading to the beach, and the limited options of the canteen. It's not exactly a beach bar, but it's not much better. If I were to revisit this beach, I would choose a day with no wind.
This enchanting beach in the northern part of Lemnos boasts minimal infrastructure, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the wild and natural beauty of the area. Indulge in traditional local cuisine and refreshing drinks at the amazing taverna and beach bar. The Sand Dunes, a geological phenomenon of great extent, have made this area world-famous and attract thousands of visitors every year. The sea is breathtakingly beautiful and shallow, with a magical bottom that alternates between sand, posidonia, and reefs, making it an ideal spot for diving, snorkeling, and spearfishing. A sheltered area to secure your boat can be found to the left of the bay, but be cautious and approach only with an open depth sounder and chart plotter due to the large reef off the bay. From August to November, the local winds make this area perfect for kite surfing and surfing. For those seeking local thyme honey, Dimitris, the oldest producer in the area, has his house and workshop on the right side of the bay.
