Maharepa Beach

Our stay at Hotel Manava Beach Resort in Moorea was absolutely amazing! We decided to stay in a garden bungalow, and we were completely impressed by its charm and privacy. The room was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our vacation. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible snorkeling experience in the lagoon. We were captivated by the vibrant corals, exotic tropical fish, and graceful stingrays that surrounded us. It felt like swimming in a real-life aquarium, and we couldn't get enough of the underwater wonders. The resort staff deserves special recognition for their exceptional friendliness and attentiveness. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and enhanced our overall experience. The breakfast options were delicious and diverse, setting the perfect tone for each day of our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Polynesian shows, which added a touch of local culture and entertainment to our evenings. Furthermore, the resort's convenient proximity to stores and restaurants made it easy for us to explore the local area and indulge in delicious cuisine. Hotel Manava Beach Resort truly exceeded our expectations in every aspect, and we are eagerly looking forward to returning for another unforgettable getaway. Manava is absolutely heavenly. The location and service are exceptional. We had the privilege of staying in the premium over water bungalows, which provided an unforgettable experience. The reef it is located on is stunning, and I had the pleasure of snorkeling right off the deck every morning. Most amenities are complimentary with your room, including access to the pool, snorkel gear, kayaks, and towels. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near a reputable tour company, and there are numerous dining options both on-site and nearby. If you ever find yourself on Mo'orea, I highly recommend considering a stay at Manava.

This resort was absolutely perfect in every way. We chose it for our honeymoon and each day felt incredibly special. As soon as we arrived, the staff promptly took care of our check-in and luggage. The over water bungalows were absolutely stunning, and our room was impeccably clean. The staff also offered fantastic recommendations and were able to arrange taxis or tours for us. The pool was just the right temperature, and we could easily enjoy breathtaking sunsets. They even provided complimentary water activities for us to enjoy. And let's not forget the amazing happy hour, where drinks were half off!

We had an amazing time during our stay! The premium over water bungalow we stayed in was absolutely stunning. The room was spotless and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. It's incredible that we didn't encounter any bugs or mold considering the island climate. Despite being here during the first week of November, the resort didn't feel overcrowded. Conveniently, the resort is located just across the road from a tour company and it's only a short walk into town where you can find grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. The staff at this resort were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. While there are paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkel gear available for free at the pool area, we preferred using our own snorkel gear to take a dip right off the deck of our bungalow. The snorkeling experience here was fantastic as well!

The resort is pleasant, but the rooms require some upgrades. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, making it impossible for me to get any sleep. The lobster dinner for two was priced at an exorbitant $480, which I found to be excessively expensive. Additionally, they charge an extra fee for room service, although the customer service was exceptional!
