We visited this small beach on a scorching Saturday in August and were able to find a spot. It was charming, with a wonderful bistro nearby that offered a great view of the estuary and all the boats while we had lunch.
This place is suitable for a quick dip in the murky water and muddy shore, but the concrete slope and lack of a true beach make it unsuitable for a day of fun with the kids.
The beach was a bit crowded, but the views were stunning.
The beach is situated in a beautiful wooded marina setting. It is well-maintained and reasonably priced, being municipal. There is plenty for the kids to do, making it a great spot for families.
This beach is incredibly scenic, with a huge outdoor swimming pool that is filled with seawater. There is also a section that is safe for children.
