Hardelot Beach is located on the English channel (part of North Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 8th place out of 9 beaches in the Pas-de-Calais region 93.4 km away from its center, the city of Arras. It is one of the beaches of Neufchatel-Hardelot settlement, just 4.2 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a long lasting coastline with turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

The beach is lovely and it features a char-a-voile club for those who are interested. The tide is long and there are showers and free toilets available on the beach.

The beach is quite lengthy and perfect for taking leisurely strolls. However, it's worth noting that untreated water is being discharged directly into the sea, causing an unpleasant odor in the northern section of the beach. The water quality is subpar and during summer, it's infested with water fleas. It's not ideal for swimming, but it's still a decent spot for a walk.
