Rock beach is located on the Mediterranean Sea and it is in the 79th place out of 92 beaches in the Haute-Corse region 54.1 km away from its center, the city of Bastia. It is one of the beaches of Taglia-Foscia settlement, just 2 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views.

It is a tiny bay with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Haven of peace in the heart of Corsica. We were there for a wedding in June, the place was magnificent with an incredible view of the coves and the sunset. The only drawback, but the same everywhere in Corsica, is the road...And especially in the evening. But overall very nice place

Along the coast of Punta di Spanu in Lumio, there are four fascinating sandy coves, each with its own peculiarity. Among these, a beach seems to belong to Brittany, thanks to the large rocks in the sea, while the water exceeds 26°C in this hot July. Easily accessible, two coves have parking right next door, while the others require a short 10-minute walk along a coastal path. These hidden gems, not reported by tourist guides or tourist offices. To reach them from Lumio, follow the N197 towards Marina di Sant'Ambrogio. At the marina, take the road on the left (indicated by a supermarket sign). Continue parallel to the railway after the level crossing, and the car park will be approximately 2 km away.
