We visited this place a couple of times during our stay at the nearby beach. The fries they serve here are among the best I've had outside of NYC or London. My son ordered a burger and it looked absolutely delicious. The ice cream by the scoop was consistently good. The wait staff was attentive and accommodated our orders, even though we had to communicate in a mix of broken French and English. We would definitely come back here. The kitchen appears to be open from around noon to 3 pm, and then again from 6 to 9 pm daily. They also offer drinks and ice cream in between those hours. They accept both cards and cash as payment.
Magic
The location and the view are absolutely perfect, but unlike all the other beachside restaurants we visited, the service here is inattentive, the menu is extremely limited, and the food falls below the standards of Corsican cuisine. To make matters worse, two dishes were unavailable, further limiting our options. Surprisingly, there was no fish of the day available, which should be a basic item to have in stock. The langouste is priced at €19 per 100g, but be cautious: in our case, this resulted in an outrageous €144 price tag for the lobster, which I suspect was not fresh but rather from the freezer. It was a classic trap that we unfortunately fell for, despite our better judgment. I would recommend avoiding this place for anything other than a quick drink.
The rustic restaurant on this stunning sandy beach offers a pleasant experience with comfortable mattresses to relax on after enjoying a delicious lunch. It is truly excellent and can easily compete with any beach in the world.
The food at this beach spot is excellent and the location is fantastic. I had the loup de mer and it was delicious, as were the desserts. The experience of having lunch in a cozy spot right on the beach, surrounded by various shades of blue water, will definitely be a memorable one. The hosts are friendly, welcoming, and always have a smile on their faces.
