Porto Pollo beach is located on the Mediterranean Sea and it is in the 55th place out of 255 beaches in the South Corsica region 24.6 km away from its center, the city of Ajaccio. It is one of the beaches of Porto Pollo Porti Poddu settlement, just 0.1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area with very picturesque views, among the mountains.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is partially crowded during the high season. There is a campsite located nearby.

This beach is small and peaceful, tucked away behind a small harbor that caters only to small boats. The sea floor in this area is comprised entirely of sand, resulting in crystal clear waters with no rocks or algae in sight. The water is teeming with small, inquisitive fish that are sure to follow you around as you swim. Several restaurants are conveniently located nearby, although a public shower would be a welcome addition for washing off salt and sand.
