Bouvet beach is located on the Mediterranean Sea and it is in the 114th place out of 197 beaches in the Var region 21.5 km away from its center, the city of Toulon. It is one of the beaches of Port Auguier settlement, just 1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a tiny several bays coastline with crystal turquoise water and light sand & pebble cover, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

The beach is absolutely stunning, although it is on the smaller side. However, it tends to get quite crowded during peak season. One great thing about it is that it faces east, which means it offers protection from the wind on days when the mistral is strong. It can only be reached by foot, and it takes around 10 minutes to get there from Tour Fondue using the coastal path.
