El Carrizal beach is located on the Pacific ocean and it is in the 6th place out of 53 beaches in the El Salvador region 125.4 km away from its center, the city of San Salvador. It is one of the beaches of La Periquera settlement, just 2.5 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal blue water and gray sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season. There is a campsite located nearby.

El Carrizal beach coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities. There are also some surf spots.

This beach is so dull and lifeless, it's almost as if it's been drained of any excitement. The only thing worth mentioning is the fresh oysters, but even they can't make up for the lack of atmosphere. If you're looking for a snooze fest, then this is the perfect spot for you.
