Boca del Rosario beach is located on the Caribbean Sea (part of South Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 186th place out of 246 beaches in the Dominican Republic region 92 km away from its center, the city of Santo Domingo. It is one of the beaches of Nuevo settlement, just 2.4 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains.

It is a long bay with turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal.
