Caleton beach is located on the Atlantic ocean and it is in the 46th place out of 246 beaches in the Dominican Republic region 131 km away from its center, the city of Santo Domingo. It is one of the beaches of Rio San Juan settlement, just 1.7 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal.
