Las Munecas Beach

I had a great time during my stay at this beach. The resort was well-designed and not too big. The grounds were impeccably taken care of, the service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the pools and beach were amazing. It's a bit far from the main Punta Cana area, but I actually enjoyed that. My main intention was to get away from reality and unwind, and the Live Aqua resort truly enabled me to do just that. I can't wait to go back there again.

In April, we had a fantastic trip to the beach. Nestor, who provided assistance with our transportation needs and helped my husband find his lost item, was exceptional. We didn't come across any unfriendly staff members. By midday, the music from the pool near the beach would start playing and could be heard from the beach chairs. However, in the afternoon, I moved to a quieter pool area to enjoy reading. The food met our expectations for an all-inclusive resort, neither outstanding nor terrible. All in all, it was a wonderful resort experience, and I would gladly recommend it to our friends.

This place is absolutely incredible. It's so comfortable and the staff is just wonderful. Everyone here speaks to you and makes you feel incredibly welcome. I've only been here for less than 24 hours, but as soon as you step foot in this place, you feel like you're in a 5-star resort. It's amazing that they have mobile service available, which is something I've never seen at a hotel before. And let me tell you, the wash rags they provide are the softest I've ever felt. I'm dying to know where they got them from. I decided to leave Breathless and stay here, and I am so glad I made that choice. The air conditioner is quiet and they even gave me a free upgrade. From the moment I walked in to my room, everything has been absolutely perfect. The shower heads are incredible and although there might be some noise from outside if it gets loud at night, it's nothing too crazy. I came here in search of peace, and boy did I find it! If I ever come back, I will definitely be returning to this place!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and the staff were absolutely amazing. There was one lady in particular who provided exceptional service, although I can't recall her name. She went above and beyond for my friend and me during our stay in June 2022. The hotel offered a wide variety of food options, and there was a delightful coffee shop inside the resort that served delicious coffee, cakes, and snacks. The room service was outstanding, receiving a perfect 10/10 rating. The hotel and our room were always impeccably clean, and the shower and bathroom area were perfect. Additionally, there was a lovely full-length mirror and two mirrors above each sink. We had our own private pool with two sun loungers, as well as a small square private pool next to our outside bed. The room was properly cleaned by the housekeeping staff, ensuring it always looked lovely when we returned. The spa was beautiful and offered a very relaxing experience, with excellent female masseuses. I couldn't find any faults with this hotel at all.

We had a fantastic overall experience at Live Aqua. Entertainment: Red, one of the leaders of the entertainment team, was absolutely amazing. They greeted us every time they spotted us and the activities they organized were always enjoyable and a must-do for the day. Food: The food was a bit hit or miss. We absolutely adored the French cuisine restaurant, but the Mexican restaurant's food was just okay. Additionally, it was quite frustrating that it took 2 hours to receive room service, which is really unacceptable. Cleanliness: During the day, everything appeared tidy and well-maintained. However, every night was a different story. There were leftover plates and empty bottles in and around the beach area, and used towels were left out, although I assumed they would be picked up in the morning. Water availability: I'm not sure what the problem was, but we didn't receive the best service from one of the bars when we asked for water. They wouldn't give us the amount of water we requested. I'm not sure when we'll have the chance to return to the Dominican, but we would definitely consider coming back to this place.
