Playa La Ensenada is located on the Atlantic ocean and it is in the 76th place out of 246 beaches in the Dominican Republic region 202.6 km away from its center, the city of Santo Domingo. It is one of the beaches of Punta Rucia settlement, just 2.1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. Ensenada beach in the Dominican Republic is a true gem. It's an oasis of calmness where you can take a dip in the natural swimming pool, even when the sea elsewhere is acting like a drama queen. This beach is the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and soak up some vitamin D. If you're looking for a place to relax and unwind, Ensenada beach is the place to be.

If you have a penchant for shell collecting, this beach is definitely worth a visit. However, the water may not be crystal clear, so keep that in mind. On the bright side, the food here is absolutely fantastic.

This beach is truly exceptional, and stands out as one of the best I have ever visited. The fried fish is absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend visiting Stand number 3 and asking for Chiqui - she truly is the best. The water sports here are also fantastic, adding an extra layer of excitement to an already incredible experience. Don't miss out on the opportunity to visit this stunning beach.

The beach was an absolute delight! The food stalls were exceptional and I highly recommend asking for La Gorda, who will guide you to the best culinary experiences. The freshly caught fish was delectable and definitely worth trying. If you want to make the most of your trip, be sure to visit the groove and cayo arena. They are must-see destinations that will add to your overall experience.
