Mehmetcik Plaji is located on the Mediterranean Sea and it is in the 3th place out of 51 beaches in the Northern Cyprus region 30.1 km away from its center, the city of Famagusta. It is one of the beaches of Vokolida settlement, just 1.6 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a spacious bay with crystal blue water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, families with children, seniors etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

A significant part of the beach has a restricted access. The beach facilities are only available to hotel guests. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, toilets. This delightful beach boasts soft, powdery sand and a range of amenities including a bar, restrooms, showers, and comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. The prices are reasonable, making it a great spot for a relaxing day out. However, it's worth noting that there is a large hotel and casino nearby, which may not be to everyone's liking. Payment is accepted in the form of credit card or Turkish liras, so be sure to bring the right currency with you. Overall, this beach is a wonderful place to soak up the sun and enjoy the beauty of the seaside.

What a marvelous place! The sand is gold and the scenery is top-notch. It's so gorgeous that people flock to it like seagulls to a fisherman's boat. Sure, it can get a bit crowded, but that just adds to the fun. The folks in charge are doing a bang-up job of keeping things organized and making sure everyone has a good time. There's even a beach bar and restaurant, and the food is downright scrumptious. And the prices? Let's just say they won't break the bank. All in all, a beach worth visiting.
