Petundas Beach, located in the charming Mazotos village, is a true hidden gem. This serene beach may not offer the usual bells and whistles, but it's a real hit with the locals. The beach spans a length of approximately 1.5 kilometers and boasts both pebbly and sandy shores, providing a natural habitat for all beachgoers. The shallow waters are perfect for a refreshing dip, thanks to the sandbanks that cover the sea bed. While there are no lifeguards on duty, the beach is considered to be quite safe. And, after conducting some serious measurements, it's been confirmed that Petundas Beach is one of the cleanest beaches in all of Cyprus. So, if you're looking for a peaceful day on the beach, minus the crowds and flashy amenities, Petundas Beach is the perfect spot for you.
