Remac beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 118th place out of 215 beaches in the Istria region 25.3 km away from its center, the city of Pazin. It is one of the beaches of Gondolici settlement, just 1 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and light pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

Although the beach is situated in a secluded area, it was a letdown to see the abundance of litter strewn around. From band-aids to feminine products and even a syringe, the amount of garbage in the nearby forest was beyond comprehension.

The beach is quite pleasant, but regrettably there is a considerable amount of litter scattered about. It's advisable to park your car on the road prior to the rocky path, unless you have a vehicle specifically designed for off-roading. As you follow the path, you'll eventually come across a sign that says private on the road, but I believe it's still accessible since a hiking trail follows shortly thereafter. You must continue along this trail in order to reach the beach.

The bay is quite charming, but regrettably, it is cluttered with an abundance of debris, fragments, and other miscellaneous items that are strewn about the shoreline. Although it was once a pleasant spot for hikers to take a break and cool off from their journey, it is no longer a suitable location for an extended stay. It is a pity that such a lovely beach has been marred by the presence of so much litter.
