Centinera beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 22th place out of 215 beaches in the Istria region 46.9 km away from its center, the city of Pazin. It is one of the beaches of Kastanjez settlement, just 0.7 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and light fine pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Centinera beach coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, showers, toilets. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis. Upon requesting a vacant table, the server informed us that there were none available. However, we couldn't help but notice that she was seated behind a table, sipping on a beverage and showing no signs of serving us.

This beach is simply fabulous. The water is crystal clear, and you won't have to hold your breath when visiting the restrooms or showers. Plus, you can satisfy your hunger with the tasty food available. We had a blast and are already planning our next visit. Who needs a tropical vacation when you have this gem right here?

We had the pleasure of exploring numerous beaches during our stay in Pula, but this one stood out as the cream of the crop. It's an ideal spot for diving enthusiasts, boasting an abundance of marine life to admire. The beach is impeccably maintained, with plenty of amenities to keep visitors comfortable. However, it's worth noting that the water gets deep quite swiftly and the sea bed can be a bit uneven, so caution is advised. That being said, there are plenty of stunning paths to wander nearby, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery.

This cozy beach is a popular spot for families and children, offering smooth pebbles that make accessing the water a breeze. However, it can get quite busy during peak season. Unfortunately, during my visit in August 2020, I noticed that many people were not adhering to COVID social distancing guidelines. On the bright side, the beach boasts a fun water feature that can be rented by the hour for a playful experience.
