Having frequented this stunning beach on numerous occasions, I must admit that it is, without a doubt, the most exceptional man-made beach in all of Hong Kong. The velvety, supple sand is a delight to walk on, while the water is a perfect spot to unwind and rejuvenate. The beach is surrounded by an array of restaurants offering both Western and Asian cuisine. Moreover, it is easily accessible when compared to other beaches in Hong Kong, such as Trio Beach, which requires a hike around Sai Kung or a boat ride to reach. On the eastern side of the beach, there is an exciting playground that features a free, speedy zipline and climbing frames that are connected to slides that will send you down at lightning speed! Finally, there is a shopping mall called 'DB Plaza,' which is ideal for those who love to explore new places. In summary, this beach is a paradise for kids, has a plethora of food options, its own shopping mall, and much
A place where you can sink your toes into the soft sands and revel in the not-so-clean waters. And if you're lucky, you might even be able to catch a glimpse of the pier. How thrilling! But fear not, for despite its proximity to the pier, this beach remains a peaceful oasis. So come, bask in the irony of it all and enjoy a day at the beach.
This beach is a true gem for those seeking a refreshing summer swim. The beauty of this place is only amplified during sunny days, when the sun's rays dance on the crystal clear sea. Whether you choose to spend your day sunbathing or indulging in a relaxing picnic, this beach has got you covered. If you're in need of some peace and quiet, simply sit back and watch the sea as the clear sky envelops you. I highly recommend visiting this beach, whether you're staying at a nearby hotel or simply looking for a day of fun in the sun.
Discover Tai Pak Beach, a 400-meter stretch of sand located in the heart of Discovery Bay. While it may be surrounded by residential buildings and commercial establishments, it still manages to capture the essence of a public beach. The sand is decent, but the swimming conditions can be hit or miss depending on the water quality during your visit. However, if you're looking for a place to entertain the little ones, the children's playground area is a plus. It has been expanded in recent years and is now probably the largest of its kind in Hong Kong. Overall, Tai Pak Beach is a decent option for those who want to enjoy a beach day without leaving the city.
Wow, this beach is absolutely amazing! It's invigorating and leaves me feeling refreshed and alive. The resort in Hong Kong is unlike any other, transporting me to the heart of Europe with its stunning architecture and charming atmosphere. Not only can I indulge in a diverse range of delectable cuisine, but I can also partake in thrilling sports activities while basking in the serene ambiance. My two favourite spots in Discovery Bay are the lively D-Deck and the tranquil Tai Pak Beach. This place truly has it all and is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a memorable and fulfilling vacation.
