The beach is incredible, although the North section is quite dirty. On the other hand, the South part is well-maintained as the hotels in that area take care of its cleanliness.
This beach is one of the top places to catch a breathtaking sunset. The sun gracefully descends into the ocean, painting the sky with vibrant hues. It was a delightful evening for a leisurely stroll, and the best part was the lack of crowds, allowing ample time to capture stunning photos.
The beach is really nice and feels almost private. It's located between the resorts and you can easily find it using Google Maps. Unfortunately, there was someone starting a fire, so I didn't stay for long. However, I plan on giving it another try later this week.
The beach itself is long, wide, and nearly empty. You can easily find a secluded spot without any people around, but unfortunately, you may also come across some litter. Additionally, finding shade can be a challenge, so be prepared to be exposed to the sun unless you stay at one of the three beach clubs or resorts available. On the bright side, the landscape and views are stunning, featuring lush Thai vegetation, crystal clear water, and the soothing sounds of waves, crickets, and birds. It's truly a shame that such a beautiful natural setting is marred by the amount of garbage left behind. It seems like a simple task for the supposedly most intelligent species on the planet to properly manage their plastic waste, but evidently, it proves to be too difficult. It's ironic that the most intelligent creature is also the one polluting the planet. Quite amusing, isn't it?
The beach is incredibly peaceful, even though the west coast of Koh Kood can be quite rough. Don't give up on reaching it, as you'll eventually find the right path. You can rely on Google Maps for directions.
