We arrived in the evening and found that only locals were present, making it less crowded compared to Nha Trang. The beach was noticeably cleaner than the beaches in Nha Trang and had an incredibly shallow depth. You could easily walk about 100 meters into the water and it would still be shallow, although I assume there must be a sudden drop further out. Overall, it was a much more peaceful experience and definitely worth the hour-long journey.
The ocean is amazing, but there are way too many random food vendors and they have left behind a lot of trash.
The beach is cleaner compared to other less desirable ones. On weekends, you'll find many locals enjoying their time here. There are some vendors selling items, but they don't really bother you, except for a few persistent old ladies. Everyone else moves on to the next customer. The water is a beautiful shade of blue and the views are pleasant. There are a few inexpensive ride options available for those who want to have some fun. I didn't personally try them, but I noticed a few families enjoying themselves.
The beach is not well-maintained and not a pleasant place to relax. The food prices are high, with the chairs costing 400,000 VND. There is an additional fee for using the bathroom, and the cleanliness is not up to par. The lifeguard restricts how far you can go from the shore and is rude. Additionally, many of the bathrooms have a hole that allows for unwanted observation from the adjacent room, which is extremely unpleasant.
The beach is really great and currently peaceful. There are about 20 bars and seafood restaurants lined up on the northern part of the beach. I can't vouch for the quality, but the beer is definitely fresh. The water has a beautiful light blue color and the sand is soft. Everything else is free and incredibly calm. However, resorts are being constructed all along the coastline, which will make it difficult to access in the future.
