This place is amazing! It's clean and comfortable. I stayed in a beachfront tent and absolutely loved it!
I recently visited Bingle Bay and it was absolutely stunning. I can't wait to go back for a camping trip in the future. ❤️🌺🏕️
It's a great place to visit the beach, go for a swim, or stay overnight at the campground.
If you manage to secure a parking spot at this secluded campsite, you will have an unforgettable experience. The wild, mostly deserted beaches and the charming Cafe Heart of Bingil make it a special place. Just be aware that there are very few supplies nearby, so make sure to stock up beforehand. If you happen to miss out, there is a park in Mission Beach as well.
I really enjoyed staying at this quiet beachside campsite. There are no powered sites, but there is a power point available for charging your phones. The sites have limited sun but are nicely shaded, so if you rely heavily on solar power, you may want to reconsider. The campsite is away from the central areas of Mission Beach, but it is within walking distance to the cool Bingal Bay Cafe and the Mt Clump bush walk, which offers amazing views. Tom and his adorable dog Maxie are wonderful hosts. There is one hot shower available for each section of the amenities block, as well as a laundry trough for washing dishes or laundry. This campsite is more suitable for smaller setups. The cost is $25 per night for up to 3 adults or $130 per week for unpowered sites only, which is the same price as in town. Overall, this campsite is a peaceful paradise with a public BBQ and playground at the end of the site.
