Lovely campsite next to the sea with fantastically clean and organised facilities. Only downside from a camping point of view is that it is exposed and you need a strong tent.
A limited site in terms of space so book early. The wee woman on the phone was friendly and accommodating even when there were no spaces. OK you can use the first night of this other 2 day minimum booking as she will only stay 1 night . The toilets were very clean and spacious and the beach location just magical . A stones throw from campbeltown too. I liked it and well done to the wee wumin who I dealt with and also prides herself on her toilet block cleaning . She told me so when I complimented her to her face . :)
If you like remote, spectacular location right on the beach that's quiet- then you couldn't beat this! Ann was really friendly & helpful. Glenbarr stores is about a 20min walk with a pleasant cafe- great ice cream. Stock up with milk etc before you head here! We loved the remoteness. Really clean facilities. Thank you Ann
Beach View location only 20 ft from beach , can be very windy ,electric hook up, showers, toilets. No shops for miles . Amazing sunsets , views to Islay Rathlin Island, Northern Ireland 8n the distance 15ml from Campbell Town.
Lovely site, quiet, apart from the surf! 😊 Clean and tidy facilities. Views are fabulous folk are friendly It's right on the beach, which is great when the weather is good, but if it's howling.. It's right on the beach.. So make sure you have a good tent and extra guy ropes.
