It's a beautiful spot for swimming, but the lack of lifeguards makes it feel a bit unsafe.
The beach was fantastic! We had a great time enjoying the awesome waves, perfect for body surfing. The water was warm and inviting once we got in. We spent a couple of hours just having a blast. It was truly amazing.
This beach offers a sheltered spot to escape the wind. There are public toilets located at the amenities block in the center of the cabins. The nearest takeaway can be found by walking up the winding path at the north end (avoiding the large stairs), then turning left on Chapman St and right after 2 houses through a driveway to the shops. It's a great place to stop along the coast walk, especially in the morning. The beach is patrolled in the summer.
This beach is a hidden gem, perfect for those looking to avoid the typical tourist crowds in Kiama. The waves can be intense and rough, but the public toilets at the holiday park are clean and well-maintained. The sand and grass areas are both in great condition, and there is a small playground for children. Grab some fish and chips from a nearby shop on the main road and enjoy them here. Don't forget to take a walk around the heads on the right side for a nice exploration.
Lovely location with a great area for children, lots of pristine white sand and a stunning view of the Kiama lighthouse. The beachfront cabins are impressive and there's a small playground nearby.
