The beach at the Brighton end of the boardwalk is a wonderful place to be. There is a diverse mix of people, including Russophones and other Eastern Europeans, creating a lively atmosphere. As you move westward, the beach becomes more peaceful and relaxing. The entertainment provided by various performers and the opportunity to people-watch is endless. There are plenty of uniformed first responders and national park rangers on hand to ensure safety and deal with any emergencies. I didn't have any children with me, so I didn't visit the amusement park or ride the carousel. However, I am looking forward to the possibility of bringing my grandchildren here one day.
