Bathtub beach

This beach is said to be excellent for snorkeling, but it appears to have suffered significant erosion from a recent hurricane. We noticed two flags, purple and yellow, which kept us from entering the water. The purple flag indicates the presence of dangerous sea creatures such as jellyfish or sharks, while the yellow flag is a warning for rough water or rip tides. Perhaps we'll give it another try on our next trip.

This serene beach has a picturesque view that will leave you in awe. With attentive lifeguards on duty, you can relax and soak up the sun without a care in the world. The fresh water showers and clean restrooms make it easy to refresh and rejuvenate after a swim in the crystal-clear waters. This is the ideal spot for a peaceful getaway where you can unwind and bask in the beauty of nature.

I had originally intended to visit Bathtub beach, but unfortunately, there were no available parking spots. As I was heading back, I stumbled upon Chastain Beach, which turned out to be a hidden gem. I was pleasantly surprised to find ample parking across the street and the beach wasn't crowded at all. The water was warm and refreshing, and I felt safe walking down the steps to the beach. I definitely plan on returning to this beach soon.
