The island's finest beach is undoubtedly the one with its pristine white sand and crystal-clear, calm waters. It's an ideal spot for kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, with kayak rentals available at a nearby hotel for 300-350 baht per hour. Additionally, the beach boasts a beautiful reef area that's perfect for snorkeling.

This beach is pretty typical, but surprisingly uncrowded. Like many beaches, it's unfortunately littered with plastic and other debris, but it seems the area has undergone a clean-up. However, the ocean will still wash up trash that people discard. Along the beach, there are food stalls with sun shades, deck chairs, and plenty of parking. The water looks clean and clear, especially compared to Pattaya. There aren't many dogs around, but the one we saw was friendly. The food stalls sell a lot of seafood, but it's hit or miss on freshness due to the quietness of the area. My girlfriend bought some crabs, but they were a mix of old and fresh. At 550b per kilogram prepared, prices will vary from shop to shop. Overall, it's a nice beach to visit if you want a quiet day out with everything you need.

This beach was once a wonderful destination, but now it's covered in litter. It's a shame that I can't even share photos of the trash. I wouldn't suggest walking barefoot on this beach. The majority of the garbage seems to come from Samet Island and is brought in by the gulf. Although there are volunteers who try to clean up, there is only so much they can do.
