Pak Nam Chumphon - all beaches

This charming seaside village located in Thailand is by far my most beloved destination. The beach is absolutely breathtaking and perfect for swimming, with the added bonus of being free from any boats. However, it is disheartening to see plastic debris littering the shoreline, especially after a storm. To avoid being bitten by sand fleas, it is recommended to wear a T-shirt while strolling or swimming along the beach. The natural landscape remains pristine and untouched, with no large-scale developments in sight. The locals are warm, welcoming, and always willing to lend a hand. Prices are reasonable, making it an affordable vacation spot. There are a handful of restaurants in the area that serve mouth-watering Thai and European dishes, such as Seaview (a local seafood restaurant), Volcano (Mediterranean cuisine), and Maliblues (Italian cuisine). A small market town named Saphli is located near the beach and offers a delightful vegetable and fish market along with convenience stores. For those craving foreign and European products, a road near Thung Wualen has a shop selling bread and other delicacies. While there are some senior farang residing in Thung Wualen, the community is still welcoming to all. Unfortunately, the occasional plastic garbage washing up on the beach and the air pollution from burning crops and waste do detract from the overall idyllic picture.
