Playa Barceloneta

Not the ideal spot. It's in the city, so you can walk there, but the sand is not very comfortable, and the view isn't extraordinary. The wind was too strong for the season, and the atmosphere isn't particularly serene. There are a few food and merchandise stands, but it's nothing to write home about.

Cala Morisca
8 Alexei Belov

It's not the easiest place to get to at the moment, as they've put a gate up at the entrance. There's no free parking in the area either, so you either have to pay or go somewhere else. I took a panorama from a drone and it looks better than it does in reality.

Bogatell Beach

A great spot to chill and relax. You can rent chairs if you arrive early. Lifeguards are on duty, so you can swim with peace of mind. The sand is coarse and the water is deep, about 20 yards out. It's the perfect place to beat the heat.

Badalona Beach
8 Abel Adair

The perfect spot to unwind and soak up some sun. Beach tents are permitted, making it an ideal place to get comfortable. The only issue is that the seabed is quite rocky.

Platja de la Mar Bella
6 Kirill Postavniev

Mar Bella beach is a paradise for those who love the outdoors. It has a dedicated naturist beach, as well as a basketball hoop, skateboarding area and ping pong table near the Paseo Maritimo. There's also a children's playground and a volleyball court close to the Bac de Roda breakwater. To top it all off, there's a marine base at the western end of the beach, where a range of sea-related events are held. So, if you're looking for a beach with something for everyone, Mar Bella is the perfect spot!

Platja del Cristall

This place is an ideal spot for a leisurely stroll or a bike ride. What's more, it boasts golden sand, making it a perfect destination for a sunny day.
