Chukai - all beaches

This picturesque beach boasts a stunning expanse of soft, yellow sand and lush greenery that enhances its natural beauty. The crystal-clear waters provide an ideal playground for an array of water sports and activities, making it an ideal destination for thrill-seekers. While a portion of the beach is privately owned by Club Med and therefore inaccessible to the public, there are still plenty of areas that can be enjoyed by everyone. For those planning a trip to the Cherating area, this beach is a must-visit spot.

This location boasts an abundance of cozy nooks, perfect for taking in the picturesque scenery. It's no wonder it's considered one of the top public beaches in Malaysia.

This beach is a beloved destination, boasting a pristine shoreline of soft, powdery sand and breathtaking vistas. There are ample areas for picnicking and camping, as well as numerous parking options. Additionally, visitors can indulge in a variety of delicious bites from the various food stalls dotted along the beach. Furthermore, clean public restrooms with shower amenities are available until 7pm daily, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience for all.

Unfortunately, I can't provide a detailed review as my health condition and limited time only allowed for a quick drive along the beach. However, based on what I saw, it appears to be a great spot for a family picnic with plenty of activities available such as cycling, horse riding, kite flying, and more.

The Terengganu coast boasts an awe-inspiring expanse of beach that is simply breathtaking. Unlike other tourist hotspots, it remains relatively unspoiled and tranquil, albeit a tad remote from Kuala Lumpur. The crystalline waters and seemingly endless stretch of sand are nothing short of mesmerizing, making it the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun while feeling the gentle sea breeze and warm waters envelop you.
