Carbonifera beach

The beach is a mesmerizing place, surrounded by a lush pine forest, which provides much-needed relief from the scorching heat. The staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable, making the experience all the more enjoyable. The only minor downside is that the umbrellas are a tad low for taller individuals like myself, but that's a small price to pay for the sheer bliss of lounging by the sea.

Baratti Beach

This beach is conveniently located near the bar and I have no complaints about it. We paid for our spot and enjoyed a peaceful day. The table attached to the umbrella has a locker for valuables, but you'll need to bring your own lock to secure it.

Marina di Castagneto

The beach is an amazing spot where you can feel the warmth of the family-oriented management. The place is immaculate and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly courteous and friendly. The food is simple yet delicious, and the only drawback is that the umbrellas are not very spacious.

Carbonifera dog beach

This location has captured our hearts. The cost of 27€ for a pair of sun beds with shade is reasonable. The drinks are priced fairly, although the snacks may be a bit costly. Additionally, there is a complimentary water source for dogs. Showers are available for a mere 50 cents.

Marina di Castagneto II

The toilets and showers are clean, that's always a plus. The restaurant is good too, can't go wrong with some tasty grub. But oh my, the camp is packed in like sardines! I mean, I like sardines as much as the next guy, but come on, give a little breathing room. And to top it off, the price is a bit steep at 42 euros for a tent with no electricity.
