Lodi - all beaches

The beach offers a pleasant setting with a beautiful view of the lake. However, the pool and sunbeds are poorly cleaned and maintained. The bar service is disorganized and fails to meet the demands of the large number of customers. Additionally, the prices are excessive and the staff is unfriendly and inattentive to any needs.

Why would anyone choose to come here, given that there are plenty of nicer places around, especially considering how crowded it gets on a Saturday in July?

There is a beautifully paved pathway alongside the lake, perfect for walking and cycling.

Located in close proximity to Milan, this hidden gem offers a natural setting at an affordable price. The more, the merrier, as economies of scale apply here. The swimming experience is suitable for both children and elderly individuals. A kiosk at the entrance provides barbecue facilities and other amenities. While it may not fully replicate a seaside experience, it is a great alternative for those missing the coast. Online booking is required for this destination.

We were eager to spend the night at this campground, but unfortunately, we were traveling in a large van-like vehicle that we were using as our sleeping quarters. However, we were informed that only caravans, RVs, tent campers, and traditional vans were allowed to stay on the premises. Cars like ours had to be parked in a designated parking area. The reason given was that allowing cars to be parked on the camping pitches, even if they were being used for sleeping, would set a precedent for others to do the same. This policy came as a surprise and left us feeling disappointed. Fortunately, we were able to find a charming smaller camp nearby with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.
