This charming small sandy beach offers a delightful escape. The tide fluctuates significantly, so it's advisable to plan ahead. At times, you can stroll out to Little Eye, while other times the sea covers the marine lake entirely. In the summer, the beach comes alive with activities like donkey rides and nearby refreshment options. Keep an eye out for jellyfish, especially when the sea is warmer.

A stunning destination that my former partner first showed me a few years back. Since I don't have a car, I decided to travel by train - which was incredibly convenient from Liverpool Lime Street station! Just a short stroll from the station to the waterfront. An amazing spot to unwind, enjoy the scenery, and soak in the views! And if you're up for a stroll to Hilbre Island, be sure to check the tide schedule for when it's low and high tide!
