St George’s Cove is located on the Celtic Sea (part of North Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 85th place out of 137 beaches in the Cornwall region The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a small bay with turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, pet owners etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

St George’s Cove coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities. This beach is popular for windsurfing or kiteboarding.

To get to the beach, you need to take a short promenade.

The beach is stunning with serene and tranquil waters, making it ideal for swimming and children. The water is crystal clear and the sand is silky smooth. However, there are no facilities available, so it's best to bring your own water and snacks. In case of emergencies, there are bushes nearby. The Padstow waterfront is only a short 15-minute walk away, where you can enjoy delicious food and explore cute touristy shops. We recommend this spot, along with Rock Beach across from it, as they are our top picks.

This area is absolutely stunning and I highly recommend taking a walk with your dogs or going for a solo stroll. It's definitely worth a visit when you're in Padstow with friends and family, but it's best to go when the weather is good.
